Phoenix Labs provides a safe and comfortable environment in which a new player can learn and develop their skills so that they can maximize both their learning experience and their entertainment levels. Our veteran employees are polite and helpful.
DIRECTION: Phoenix Propulsion Labs, unlike many Corporations out there, has a clear and defined goal and direction. We have preset short term and long term goals which we try to maintain and strive towards on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Many Corporations out there vow "We want to win, we want to be the greatest" but they fail to outline the steps necessary to achieve these goals.
ENTERTAINMENT: Have you seen some of the personalities contained within Phoenix Propulsion Labs? That should be answer enough however let me elaborate. PPL, at its core, is about having fun. EVE is a game which we pay to play and the sole purpose of this is to enjoy one's self in an online environment. Phoenix Propulsion Labs takes this to heart.
ROLE PLAY: For those who wish to Role Play their characters using the EVE back-story PPL offers this as well. We are founded upon a clear and definitive military system where "Sir" and /salutes are often times used. This is clearly optional to the player but provides a richer sense of immersion for a player.
SEVERANCE PACKAGES: If for any reason an employee of the Phoenix Labs wishes to leave PPL we do provide an incentive severance package so that the former employee may begin anew. This package is based upon time served as an employee and is scaled accordingly.
